This intervention program for shop floor Operators is specially designed for them to inculcate constructive and responsible leadership qualities, values and ethics, discipline, punctuality, empathy for fellow workers, teamwork and positive attitude to live a happy, fulfilling life.

IGET/IPGT

(Indo Schöttle Graduate Engineer/Post Graduate Trainee Program) Every year, the company inducts groups of fresh Engineering and Management graduates with an aim to groom them to be the future leaders of ISAP.

ISTDP/ISLDP

(Indo Schöttle Talent Development & Leadership Development Program) Focused on development of key managerial talent; the objective of these programs is to impart knowledge, behavioral competencies and leadership skills to middle to senior levels of managers.

  • Manager- Heat treatment

    QUALIFICATION: B.E- Metallurgy

    PREFERRED AGE: Around 35 to 40 Years

    WORK EXPERIENCE: Min 11 to 15 Years

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Leadership qualities to lead the section. Sound knowledge of furnace & process Design/ Controls
    • Sound knowledge of different grades of raw material & surface treatment processes.
    • Sound knowledge of various heat treatment processes like Case, induction, vacuum hardening, etc.
    • Sound knowledge/ hands on experience of metallurgical lab related activities. Must be familiar with QMS, EMS, CQI 9, various national/ International standards
    • Development of new parts coming for HT in least possible time. Deal with internal/ external customer’s. Should be familiar with production planning, shop floor management to have maximum utilization.
    • Should be familiar with furnace capacity calculation, process cost calculation & monitoring, time study, MIS, etc. Sound knowledge of heat treatment fixture- Designing & management
    • Must be familiar with various quality tools (4M, 7 steps, etc), FMEA, Control plan, continual improvement, loss identification, data analysis, waste management, 5S, Kaizen, etc.
    • Auditee for internal/ external audits for TS 19649/ ISO14001

    JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT:

    • Should be familiar with maintenance activities of sealed quench/ mesh belt furnaces.like plating, shot pining, black oxidizing
    • Should have good communication skills
