    QUALIFICATION: -CMA/ CWA
    PREFERRED AGE: - Around 38 to 40 Years

    JOB DESCRIPTION:- Experience working with MNC's •Proven quality of adherence to timelines/ deadlines is necessary •Experience in Costing and Finance, proficiency in FICO module of SAP; should preferably have been a core team member •Expert knowledge of Costing and Cost Auditing standards with at least 5 years' experience in leading a team of accountants in yearly closing exercises •Good English communication skills, both, spoken and written •Manager Costing will be in charge of team of Junior Cost Accountants and would be responsible for the costing and controlling functions of the Company. •Responsible for Monthly Divisional P&L, Cost data analysis, RFQ costing, Vendor evaluation, Product Costing and Cost audits and the yearly statutory compliances •He will implement and maintain all controls and systems within the costing area including Inventory and manufacturing, identifying and recommending potential operational efficiencies and improvements to working practices and procedures •He would be responsible for establishing SOPs in the various areas of the business to maximize efficiency and establish internal checks and controls. •Analysing costing statements, timely reconciliation of the costing and financial P&L, budgeting and forecasting would be a regular part of the duties and responsibilities •He would be in charge of monitoring and complying with Cost Accounting regulations •Paying attention to detail, diligent and willing to put in extra hours when required, the Manager Costing would lead from the front

    WORK EXPERIENCE: -Min 5 - 8 years .
    JOB DESCRIPTION: Mechanical maintenance engg with hands on experience in maintenance of precision CNC turning, grinding, VMC, multi- spindle SPM, utility (Air Compressors, DG sets, RO Plant, A/C, etc.).. •Installation and commissioning of new/ old machines •Knowledge of repairing of high speed spindles, ball screws, hydraulics/ pneumatics. •Well conversant with BD analysis, preventive maintenance, spares planning, energy conservation, machine modifications, ISO/ TS activities, etc. •Hand- on experience in maintenance of precision CNC turning, grinding, VMC machines, etc. •Manpower control/ Training. •Computer Skills are essential. •Handling individually the overall mechanical maintenance activities of machines. •Handling all shift maintenance activities, machine breakdown, preventive maintenance schedule & execution, breakdown analysis, spares planning, maintaining TS/ ISO system documents, machine history, etc. •Energy conversation, hands on experience on high speed spindles, ball screws. •Handling team of 5-7 person including engineers & technicians. •Utilisation of resources i.e. manpower, utility, machines, etc •Analysis of BD, DG Set diesel consumption, MTTR/ MTBF, etc.
